Re-added the expand/collapse all tabs behaviour, but this time as a menu item & hotkey rather than an option in Settings. By default, Ctrl+F9 opens the Level Arranger Window, and Ctrl+F10 expands (and collapses) all tabs. That way, the two can be used together very easily. As with the open/closed state of the Level Arranger window, the expanded/collapsed state of the tabs is remembered between sessions.

Note that, unlike the previous version of this feature, the level area does not get resized to fit the small area to the right of the expanded tabs. This is because (a) it would be basically unusable at that size, and (b) the Level Arranger window displaces the need to do so. Whilst these features have been kept separate upon advice from namida, it's still assumed that the user will make use of both of them together:

Tested the Level Arranger window with an external display today and it works a treat. Size, position and maximized status are remembered between sessions, so there's no need to set it up every time the Editor is opened if you plan on using this as your default view.

So, this feature will be available in the next update (2.8.5), hopefully ready by the end of January at the latest.
