I downloaded SLToo and have tried to use a few custom level packs. The instructions say to extract them to my SuperLemmini root folder, but it doesn't work. I have also tried putting them in the /data folder and a few other things, but I can't get any level packs besides the included ones to show up. I can load them as external levels but they are standalone and unorganized that way. Am I missing something?

You'll need to put the folder with the .ini files in the "levels" folder of SuperLemmini. Doing this will cause the level pack to appear in both Superlemmini and SuperLemminiToo. Alternatively, go to the data folder of your SuperLemminiToo directory, open the root.lzp file (this is just a zip file which you can use a program like Winrar to open), and then put the folder with the .ini files inside the "levels" folder. Then you should be able to see the custom level pack loaded into SuperLemminiToo when you load it up. If doing it this way, the level pack will appear in SuperLemminiToo but not in SuperLemmini. For level packs to appear in SuperLemmini, you need to put it inside the "levels" folder of your SuperLemmini directory as mentioned.

Here, I have separate SuperLemmini and SuperLemminiToo directories, meaning I don't have SuperLemminiToo inside my SuperLemmini directory or vice versa. I think it should still work if you have one inside the other, but I have separate directories for them and they both work just fine for me.

I installed SuperLemminiToo standalone (new to "modern" Lemmings). After trying a bunch of folder configurations the good news is that editing root.lzp is the one thing that works...not the most elegant or user-friendly solution (and I need to get a better zip utility installed so I don't have to rename it) but oh well.
