Rank the Lemmings games

I can't find a Lemmings franchise ranking anywhere on the internet. Make the first ones here.

I just got into Lemmings and from the little I've played so far, I think 2>1>mobile>3. I hope someone who has played more games in the series can make a longer list.

The only ones I've played in full are 1, OhNo! and PS3 lemmings.

I've started (but not completed) 2, Revolutions and the Mobile game, and I've had a very quick go of 3, 3D and Paintball; nowhere near enough to form a worthwhile opinion.

I'd be interested to see how people who have played all the games in full would rank them, and the reasons for their chosen order.

Out of those I've played to at least a decent extent, and not counting ports of the same game (or really minor "demos" like Covox, Prima, Winterland), best to least good:

The differences between games with similar mechanics (ONML, L1, H94) is down to how good I feel the levels are. Lemmings 3D is also held back a bit by the quality of the official levels - they're not bad for the most part, but the mechanics allow for so much more than the official levels ever really do.

Lmao, poor Lemmings 3. You can tell right from the opening intro that's it's gonna be a piece of crap, and then three levels later you're hovering over every lemming on the map, looking for the darn builder.

Why'd you rank Lemmings 2 so low? I thought it was considered by many to be the gold standard of Lemmings.

Have you tried the mobile game? The challenge and mayhem levels are pretty great.

I have only played to exhaustion the first 9 games of the series, and I rank them as follows:

1st - Lemmings 2
2nd - Oh No! More Lemmings!
3rd - Holiday Lemmings 94
4th - Holiday Lemmings 93
5th - Covox + Prima Publishing + Other unique levels
6th - Lemmings
7th - Xmas Lemmings 92
8th - Xmas Lemmings 91

Can't say anything about the rest, because I barely played them, and I only have interest on Revolution and 3D.
