Jackbox - Party Pack 10 launch session - Sunday 22nd October 5pm UTC (6pm UK)

Sorry for the delay in arranging a new session since June but due to how quiet it was on the forums over the summer, we thought it would be better to wait until the launch of the new Jackbox party pack on October 19th and Jackbox games decided to wait until now to tell us the exact release date.

So we're planning on having a session the usual way on the discord server on Sunday 22nd October at 5pm UTC (6pm UK time). - Yes it's 3 days after the pack releases but it's a good day for most people to play and usually the Jackbox servers will be hit hardest on release day so best to avoid that, it's about as close to launch day which we can reasonably have a session.

We'll play through all the new games in Party Pack 10, revisit the popular ones later on if they were huge hits.
Then we can revisit some games from Party Packs 2-9, by picking someone to choose a game of their choice.

Kingshadow and myself will host the session again as always.

Just show up to the LF discord voice tribes at the time of the session (you don't need to own the game to play), watch the stream, play and have a good time with the Lemmings community and mix some Lemmings forums humour into the Jackbox forumla!

Players: 3-8 ~ Drawing ~ 20 min

The fan-favorite fashion throw down returns! Create the ultimate garment out of your own weird drawings and slogans, then send it into battle. In TKO2, a new cast of characters engage in the timeless art of fashion battle. Players create drawings and slogans – the weirder, the better – then mix a drawing and slogan to forge a clothing item never before seen.

BATTLE TIME! Everyone's fresh new garments go head-to-head in the battle arena. Vote for your favorite... and watch the competition get knocked senseless.

Players can switch things up in later rounds by retooling drawings to increase their odds in battle... leading to a frantic button-mashing final round, where one garment emerges victorious and the loser literally goes down in flames.

Tee K.O. 2 brings you all the laughs of doodling and writing with friends, all the drama of a WWE match, and all the surprising fashion of an Italian runway. Feeling crafty and competitive? Then BRING IT.

Ever wished someone would answer your texts for you? Imagined the masterful comebacks you and your friends would create if you mashed all your brains together? You're in luck! This game lets you play out that fantasy with all of the chaos, and none of the backlash!

In FixyText, players are thrown into a delightful machine to answer someone else's important messages for them. Think of yourselves as script doctors, but for texts!

First, you decide on one of four conversation types: Flirty, Serious Business, Friends & Fam, or Unknown Number. This sets which chat partners and wacky requests are sent your way. Then, groups of players will take turns writing (or, rather, rewriting) and voting on replies to some of the craziest chat partners this side of...well, your phone!

When the timer starts, everyone in your group will jump into the same text field and start writing. Get in each other's way, change each other's words, and get the most votes from other players by making your words stand out! Oh, and one last thing: You can't backspace OR delete. So everything you type will stay that way FOREVER!

Hello gorgeous nature. Welcome to an uncharted jungle, inhabited by musical birds who play songs for a carnivorous plant that MIGHT eat them, if they don't play their notes accurately. Are they dodos? No. Did they evolve from dodos? Maybe...don't overthink it. We didn't.

Dodo Re Mi is a musical game where you play as these incredible birds, select songs and instruments to play, and then, listen to a playback of your performance and witness your awesome success (or just as awesome utter failure).

Here are some exciting features: Your device is your instrument. As you play, you will hear the music your instrument is playing coming out of your controller! There is a sync up moment before playing a song to make sure the game is aligned with your controller. So the game is built to play in the room together or over streaming! (Audio latency, get out of here!) You determine how many songs you want to play in a game! Whether you are a one-hit wonder or playing a festival length playlist, end the game when you want. Players can join or drop out in between songs! The song list has some locked content that you open by playing! But if that's not your thing, there's a toggle in the settings that lets you unlock everything. The song list includes reimagined classics, original songs, and Jackbox favorites. And because each song contains multiple beatmaps to play, there are over 200 beatmaps! What would you do if you had a time machine? Would you go back and try to fix some mistakes? Would you travel into the future to see who you've become? No, of course not! You'd use it to play an immersive trivia game!

In Timejinx you play the role of a time traveler who meets up with their ragtag group of friends for trivia night at the residence of our acerbic host, Jerri Rig.

In each round you are tasked with traveling to certain years when important, or not so important, events took place. Your goal is to land as close to the correct year as possible; the farther you're off on the timeline, the higher your score gets. And in this game, high scores are bad!

Fortunately, there are a series of side missions you'll go on that can help reduce your score. These include:

Blending into random parties from different decades Navigating your way through a time loop Saving a real historical figure from their evil imposter Identifying locations in an alternate timeline Fixing the absurd butterfly effect you've caused

The game ends with one final task that sends you on a high-stakes mission into the distant future!

Each player will take on a new, unique identity such as Frankenstein, a snowman or a carrot. They will then be asked to answer questions as their character would.

Each player will take on a new, unique identity such as Frankenstein, a snowman or a carrot. They will then be asked to answer questions as their character would.

Is that it? Hardly. The characters have secret connections that must be uncovered. Some might fit together because they're monsters or famous celebrities or because they always wear green. It will be up to you and your fellow players to deduce the secret categories and group yourselves based upon your suspicions.

Ready for a final twist? There is one player that is in a group all alone. They are The Outlier! They might seem like they fit in, but if you really pay attention to the clues, you might find that The Outlier's answers don't quite work with everyone else's. After three questions, everyone will get the chance to declare who they think the Outlier is. Get it right, and you score big points. Get it wrong, and the Outlier takes all those points for their lonesome. And did we mention that even The Outlier doesn't know they're The Outlier? It could even be you!

So, watch what you say, place your trust in others wisely and above all else... enjoy the show!
