I love these super-evil-maniacs from any tv-shows. Especially if they have a claw as their right hand and a giant base somehwere hidden in the sea or under a mountain. xD

For example "The Claw" from these weird Chuck Norris Cartoons or "Dr Claw (Is this his name? I only know the german name.)" from Inspector Gadget.
