Let's try to aim for this Saturday; some time in the afternoon [my time] that's 17-18:00 UTC? If this doesn't work feel free to suggest otherwise.

The Lemmings Discord server has a few voice channels; they're at the bottom under "radio colony"

I'm pretty tired this week (crappy work) so weekday's probably not good)

reminder we're planning on playing this today, and/or tomorrow; looking for at least a couple more players atm, if anyone's interested head over the to lemmings discord.

If we get people together tomorrow it'll be around 2:00 PM Eastern Standard US time.

[I am not using UTC anymore because of daylight savings and bullshit it's always changing and I have to use a converter anyway. people can just use a free easy time zone converter if you live in a different time zone. So today I had it wrong; what I meant was (apparently) 19:00 not 18:00 sorry.

any interest in a game Friday afternoon or evening (Us Eastern time)? Jan 22

It'd be nice if we can get at least 7 or 8 people this time and have two imposters

A tentative plan for a session about a week from now; On Sunday [FEB 7]; same time we did Jackbox?
[I say tentative only because I'm unsure how the weather's going to be again, which could be bad for me]

For those that are curious about the game; it's about 5$ on steam. Up to 10 people can play.

The rules are simple(?);
-you are randomly assigned crew mate or imposter at beginning of round.
-As crew mate your job is to walk around the ship and complete tasks. These are very simple puzzles; the game literally tells you where to go and what to do. If you find a dead body you report it (a button lights up). A meeting happens and every discussing who they think the imposter is/are. Talking is only allowed during meetings. If you are killed; you can not talk for the rest of the round but still play the game as a ghost.
You can also call a meeting once during a round without finding a body; by pressing the "button" in the meeting room.
-As imposter your job is to sabotage the ship (you get a separate button and diagram) and kill as many crew mates as you can. When meetings happen you try to pretend to be a crew mate and either avoid getting voted out or vote crew mates out.

I can certainly play.

You may also want to mention that the game is completely free on mobile. ;)

lets plan for another big game this coming Sunday; Feb 21, usual time?

for when we have a smaller group; I know you guys already said you weren't keen on this but there's another game mode I've played now with another group a few times and it's fun imo and much better suited for a smaller group (less than 6 or 7 people) [or even 5 or 4 which is near impossible not much fun under regular rules].

"Death by Daylight" mode
-Imposter has minimal vision, crew has best vision
-Imposter announces their self at start and must sabotage comms, (from then on forward cannot sabotage anything, or close doors. Imposter must also mute and *deafen* himself.
-Crew waits until the comms have been sabotaged to go find/complete tasks. Also crew generally gathered around an area somewhat separated from imposter to give them a bit of a head start (so the imposter isn't able to immediately kill someone.
-Crew can speak to each other for entire round, until one dies. Cannot talk after you die.

-No emergency meetings allowed. Only report a body if somebody calls out that they're being chased/about to die. During a meeting; must skip. So no one votes out imposter (since everyone knows who it is anyway)

Point is the goal is to finish tasks before the imposter kills everybody, not vote them out. This makes for almost a different game entirely; but still fun imo.

This sounds like an interesting version of the game, I'm up for trying that out.

Seems this weekend didn't work out too well for anyone, so perhaps March 6 or March 7 at 19 UTC? I'm offering both days as suggestions, but likely we'd only do one of them, based on which day works the best for most people, so if you're interested, please specify which day(s) work for you!
