[BUG][PLAYER] Player doesn't "remember" window position after Exit

Whenever I re-open NeoLemmix player, it will remember the last window resize - which is great.

However, it doesn't seem to remember the screen position, so I constantly have to move it up so that the skill panel isn't obscured by the Windows taskbar.

Why not? If you're concerned about undoing accidental moves - there's a "restore default size / position" option in 12.9 onwards. If in turn this doesn't suit because of it resetting the size as well, I could split those into two seperate options?
