I've only looked at Windy 10 to 13 since last time, due to the amount of time I spent on 13. (I'll probably continue soon anyway, but taking a break for now.)

We've got here:

Windy 11 "From Pillar to Post" - 2 bombers
Windy 12 "Break The Ice" - 7 builders; No basher; No digger (3 separate replays; the latter two I'm expecting will be patched out)
Windy 13 "Up The Abacus" - 2 builders; 2 bashers (separate replays)

In particular, Windy 13 with 2 builders is one of my most insane challenge replays of all time.

EDIT: And my 9 skills replay for Lunatic 13, eliminates one additional builder. EDIT: And then a variation on it eliminates the basher, too.

Since we have so many packs in progress at once, I'm making a note to myself to remind myself of which levels I want to have another look at.

* SubLems: Sweet 18 has no result yet and is the only level remaining in this rank.
* MiniLems: Need to look over everything from Taxing 7 onwards. (Minim says Taxing 11 and 16 in particular should be looked at.)
* Lemminas: Pandemonium 13 hasn't been looked at for builders in particular.

Also, an addendum to the Casualemmings results above: Calm 40 needs 2 bombers, not 3.

My best result for Pandemonium 13 is 6 builders (as well as the 2 bashers).

I've solved Pandemonium 1 and agree that it requires all the skills. Since I've now looked at all the levels WillLem and Minim did without me, I'm happy to call these the final results -- until someone finds another improvement ;P

I finished PimoLems/Stormy. As far as I can see, levels 11-15, 17 and 20 require all the given skills.

16 obviously needs only one floater, and no bombers (since it requires 100%); I was able to save a basher, but I don't think the destructive skills can be rearranged to save something else instead.

19 requires 11 bombers and everything else. 18 is the only one in this group with a surprising result: 2 blockers, 8 builders, 1 basher, 2 diggers. (The attached replay uses two bashers, but one could obviously be switched with a bomber.)

I might hold off on adding Stormy results to the OP, to see whether Icho decides to fix any levels in this rank.

I've found 2 improvements to Dove Lemmings.

Plain 20 "Wooden House" - Removed 1 climber and 1 miner. New total = 1 climber, 1 bomber, 2 builders, 1 miner
Plain 24 "Sapphire Mine" - Removed 1 builder. New total = 2 builders

[Edit] Can also add:

Plain 14 "Simple Life" - Removed 1 builder. New total = 6 builders
Coward 17 "Lost in the Canyon" - Removed 3 builders. New total = 1 climber, 4 builders, 2 miners
