I don't think a replay's necessary for no-builders on Mild 13, but if you are stuck on it, the key is...

You need to save 40 lemmings, and the level gives you 40 of everything - in particular, including climbers and floaters.

EDIT: And right after posting this, found a climber-free solution to Russian Rescue.

Proxima

Wimpy 28 is easily solved builders+bashers only or builders+miners only, so everything except builders is eliminated. 1 builder is fairly easy. I don't think no builders is possible, because I can't see a way to get up from the level you start at.

Wimpy 30 can certainly be solved with 5 builders, but I don't see a way to get it in only 4. You would have to go the top route with climbers, but since you have 20 climbers and need to save 20, you can't use a climb-bomber anywhere. That leaves going up the far left pillar with interrupted bashers/miners as the only possibility, but I think it's just too narrow for the amount of height you have to gain.

Haven't looked at 26 yet, other than glancing at it and deciding "this looks horrible" :P

Wimpy 28 no builders confirmed. I'm inclined to agree with you about Wimpy 30 (though might give it a go just in case at some point).

Popping back over to Redux, we made some progress here. Proxima's updated the first post with the rest of Quirky.

Quirky 30 may be improvable to 3 builders, but I can't be bothered trying it at the moment. I suspect the 2-basher result from DOS can't be replicated here due to the more sensitive NL basher.

Here's my interesting replays. Note that the first one, the climber can be easily swapped for an extra builder (or even just for some release rate manipulation).

namida and I finished off Redux/Quirky on Discord just now. We're pretty confident these are final results, except maybe 30 (Izzie Wizzie).

Replays attached for Quirky 31 (Cascade) no floaters, and Quirky 32 (And then there were four) builders-only.

Back to Wimpy 30 in Lemmings Plus I, 4 builders is now confirmed possible. That was a messy one!

It's trivial to see that 3 is impossible, unless there's some steel glitch we're not aware of (and if there is, it would then get patched out in a future version of NL anyway).

Wimpy 26, 2 builders confirmed. Less than this isn't conclusively ruled out, but I would be extremely surprised if it can be done (though this level is very generous in terms of skillset, so maybe...).

Eliminating everything other than builders is trivial.
