For those who wondered: namida, Ji Hoon, Steaver, Steaver370 and Sunrise are exactly the same one person. (AFAIK )
It looks like that Insane is the most popular rating name (used five times in total). Mild, Cunning and Stormy were used three times. Breezy, Calm, Chaotic, Hopeless, Nightmare, Perplexing, Psycho, Quirky and Wacky were used two times.
My favourites are probably Awkward, Devilish and Hopeless. All four ratings of MikauSchekzen's and RubiX's packs are also really nice!

I can explain that one (of course) - it's all a Final Fantasy X reference. There's a summon you can obtain named Yojimbo who has four attacks - those are the names of them, in increasing order of power.

I should add that the NeoLemmix version of Revenge of the Lemmings has an extra rating, and the full list is now Picnic, Hootenanny, Devious, Frenzy, Pain, Carnage, Armageddon

I finally went ahead and updated Akseli's list of rating names in the OP. I essentially used Akseli's style that he used to make the list, while also did the best I could to put them all in ABC order by author. It took a while, but I think I got all of them, or at least most of them Armani's list of NL level packs really came in handy here!
