[BUG][EDITOR] Trigger areas shown for no-effect objects

1. Create a no-effect (NOT moving-background) object.
2. Place this object in a level in the editor.
3. Turn trigger area rendering on.

Expected: No trigger area is shown for the no-effect object.
Actual: A 1x1 trigger area is shown at the top-left corner of the object.

The player does not have any such problems; this is exclusive to the editor.

Severity: Extremely minor, but could get a bit misleading if eg. such an object is placed close to a window (which will also have a 1x1 trigger area, one that is meaningful).

Fixed as a side effect of other recent changes. This is in the current dev code (thus will be included with V1.28); it is NOT fixed in the stable release at the time of this post.
