Random Game: Pie Craft

Okay. This idea is taken/stolen(delete as applicable) from another forum. You use the item(s) 'given' to you by the person before you to get a pie or pies in any  way possible, and then say what the next item is. Example:

person 2: I place the chair in front of a pie shop for somone to trip over so I can take their pies.

The action or the item can be as wierd or wacky as you like.

Got it? Good. I'll start.

A subpoena arrives through my door and I turn up in court where I am the defendant to a prosecuting clown (whose face I savaged with a pie). I fiercely deny the clown\s charge of unprovoked attack, because he hit me with a pie first. I am called to the witness box, and my lawyer asks me whether or not I recognise exhibit B: the remains of the mysterious second pie found on the crime scene. I identify exhibit B by cutting a piece off for myself and eating it.
