[BUG] Cloner skill count doesn't go back up when you rewind

Colorful Arty

Pretty self-explanatory. When you use one and then you rewind, the skill count visually does not go back up even though you have the correct amount. When you use one, the count number goes back to the correct one.

Should be fixed in the V10.12.12-C hotfix and in V10.12.13. If you've got this version and it's still happening, let me know and I'll look further into it.
