Alright, so nominations are now closed. Before we open the voting, we first offer a short period to play the levels again, to familiarize yourself with those you haven't yet played and review those you have.

The list of nominated levels can be found in the nominations topic, I see no need to duplicate it here. It also contains information on where to find these levels, but to keep things even simpler, I've put together an NXP of all the nominated levels. Every level that was nominated this year was either NeoLemmix-exclusive or at least had a NeoLemmix version (a small number of them also had SuperLemmini versions), so this NXP is comprehensive.

The NXP is attached to this post. The OGG music files are not included due to file size, and can be downloaded seperately here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/yrd9xhhwdaqqx8o/loty2016_music.zip?dl=1
To use them, place them in the "music" subdirectory of your NeoLemmix folder (if you don't have a "music" folder, create one).
Musics that are in a smaller filesize format such as IT are included in the NXP already. All required graphic sets have also been included in the NXP.

For all level creators who had at least three nominated levels, there's a dedicated rank for their levels. All leftover levels are put in a single rank at the end of the other ranks.

If any versions of the levels that are included here are out of date, let me know and point me towards the updated copy and I'll fix it.

:compat-ver-10-12::compat-yes:
Will display a compatibility warning on V10.12.XX, but it does work fine.

Voting will open sometime towards the end of the month. I won't set an exact date yet, as it'll depend on how much time peole seem to want for playing, though it'll be no later than the 1st of February.

NXP updates (Current: V1.04)
V1.00 - Initial version
V1.01 - Updated to latest version of Flopsy's "Tell Me The Way To DMA..."
V1.02 - Fixed a mistake in Colorful Arty's levels where "Farewell My Lemming" was included where "Bring It On" should have been
V1.03 - Updated to latest version of zanzindorf's "Bird Knight"
V1.04 - Updated to latest versions of Colorful Arty's levels "A Tricky Quicky" and "Strike For Victory!"
My projects
2D Lemmings: NeoLemmix (engine) | Lemmings Plus Series (level packs) | Doomsday Lemmings (level pack)
3D Lemmings: Loap (engine) | L3DEdit (level / graphics editor) | L3DUtils (replay / etc utility) | Lemmings Plus 3D (level pack)
Non-Lemmings: Commander Keen: Galaxy Reimagined (a Commander Keen fangame)

Flopsy

My nomination of Tell Me The Way To DMA seems to be out of date. Back when this level was originally made, the sides of the levels were steel walls.

There isn't a flagpole left of the entrance which I put in when the sides of the levels became hazardous.

Here's an updated version

Colorful Arty

Uh, a couple of things are wrong with my levels. First, you included Farewell my Lemmings instead of Bring it on! Second, none of the music is included in those levels (not sure if that was intentional or not)

Fixed the incorrect level.

However, I'm not noticing any issues with the music? (All OGG musics are in a seperate download, which I linked in the post, rather than being built into the NXP; only the ones in IT or similar small-size formats were built into the NXP.)

Non-Lemmings: Commander Keen: Galaxy Reimagined (a Commander Keen fangame)

Colorful Arty

I fixed the problem with the music. Thanks!

zanzindorf

Hello! Arty was playing my level during his livestream, and I noticed Bird Knight has an error. The collision for the door isn't working, so the level's impossible in the current NXP. I replayed the level with an old copy of NeoLemmix, and it worked fine. Something must have changed collision wise in NeoLemmix since that contest and this contest. Here's an update if it's not too late to amend (All I did was move the door down one pixel):

Added the updated version.

The graphic set you use originates from Lemmini (or SuperLemmini) right? If so, I believe there is some difference between V1.43n-F and V1.47n in terms of how trigger areas are resized to account for NeoLemmix's lower resolution. The newer versions of GSTool should hard-resize the graphics rather than storing the original graphics and having NeoLemmix resize them at runtime, which helps to prevent this kind of problem.

Do people still want more time to play these levels, or should we consider opening the voting?

No one seems to have any objections, so unless someone does before then, I'm probably going to open the voting sometime tomorrow.

Okay, a bit later than I intended, but just been quite tired today. So I'm going to start the voting tomorrow. The structure will be similar to 2015's.
