[DISCUSSION] Conventions for trigger areas?

Am I right to assume no one has any further input on these? (Remember - we're considering the majority of cases here; an unusual design may indeed call for an unusual trigger area, that's not what we're focusing on here.)

I have decided it'll be best to postpone the changes to the included sets for now. However, I would still like to establish guidelines, and suggest that all new sets follow them.

The included sets will still be converted to these guidelines eventually.
