I noticed that lots of my NeoLemmix directories contain files called ".sav" without any proper name!
I suspect that, similarly to the [level pack].sav, these store analogous information for single levels, either loaded directly in the player of played via the editor. So here my suggestion:
- If the ".sav" are useful for single levels, then give the files a proper name, so that players see where they come from.
- If the ".sav" have no use for single levels, then don't save them at all.

I noticed this too and I keep deleted the files but so far I haven't had any problems. Are these files really necessary? What are these files for?
I was just about to make a new topic for this :D

To add to this .sav problem, sometimes, when I try to play a level, I get annoying "Exception" errors that crash the players.

This is a bug that I noticed in test versions and had fixed, but obviously it's come back. Will take a look into it.

DynaLem: If this only happens when in your DropBox folder, I would think it's a result of DropBox and NeoLemmix trying to access the file at the same time, leading to problems. Can you confirm if this ever happens in a "normal" folder?

That might be the case, as I have NeoLemmix on my C drive and my DynaLems levels in my Dropbox. I've deleted the .sav from the Dropbox and have tested again by loading some NeoLemmix Community Pack levels. I'm not getting that error anymore.

It shouldn't really matter much as this glitch will eventually be removed anyway.
