I don't know what you mean by "real word". Please define or choose a dictionary.

Regardless of how you want to define "real word", the table breaks your guess: A is not 4 or more characters long, but it's white nonetheless.

What I hand in mind is I wanted ZIC to be a real word, because it's an oil company. I'll try to reiterate my guess more clearly

I still have no idea what a reasonable definition of real words should be.

I assume that the existing MAYHEM (white) will break your guess even after you decide what the definition of real words should be.
