It's a good question given where the answers have led.  And I don't think it's ambiguous in this case given http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Animal_locomotion" class="bbc_link" target="_blank">the definition of animal locomotion in Wikipedia.  My answer would be a resounding "no".
