Hi people this topic is like about what levels are included
For these versions:amiga,dos,nes,genesis,cd-i,snes,master system,and ps1
with a view of a graff of list like this "veiwed below"  (sysbols: y=yes n=no d=diffent)
use a table if you want
Amiga-fun rating
all of them
amiga-tricky
all of them
amiga-taxing
all of them
amiga-mayhem
all of them

"All of them" is, to be honest, not very helpful. The Amiga version doesn't include every Fun level -- for instance, it doesn't include "Tea time in the ball country" which is Genesis Fun 15. If you want a list of all the Genesis levels (and therefore a list of which Amiga levels don't appear in Genesis) go http://www.deveria.com/alexis/lemmings/lemmings/gen/gencodes.html" class="bbc_link" target="_blank">here; I'm afraid I really don't want to type out the entire list for you.

You didn't mention the Mac version, but it does have a unique level, "Going Their Separate Ways", in place of Tricky 21. The Mac's Mayhem 26 is also different enough to count as a unique level http://www.lemmingsforums.com/Smileys/lemmings/tongue.gif" alt=":P" title="Tongue" class="smiley" />

My projects
2D Lemmings: NeoLemmix (engine) | Lemmings Plus Series (level packs) | Doomsday Lemmings (level pack)
3D Lemmings: Loap (engine) | L3DEdit (level / graphics editor) | L3DUtils (replay / etc utility) | Lemmings Plus 3D (level pack)
Non-Lemmings: Commander Keen: Galaxy Reimagined (a Commander Keen fangame)

Three of the thorns that the lemmings are meant to be able to walk over actually turn them back. Combined with having to save 90% of 80 instead of the original 90% of 100, this makes it a fiendishly difficult level.

I think he means, which of the original (IE: Amiga) levels are present in which versions?

This is just off the top of my head but,

Sega Master System:

Fun: All except 20, 22 and 26
Tricky: All except 14, 21 and 25
Taxing: All except 15, 21 and 30
Mayhem: All except 9, 12, 13, 17, 18, 21, 22 and 29

Note that Taxing 21 and Mayhem 21 aren't entirely absent. SMS's Mayhem 21 is almost identical to Amiga/DOS's Taxing 21 (there's a few slight changes), while SMS's Mayhem 17 is the same terrain as Amiga/DOS's Mayhem 21 (however, the skillset and thus solution are quite different). Likewise, Tricky 21 is very similar to the Amiga/DOS's Tricky 21, it's really up to you to decide whether it counts as a different level or not.

Also note that Fun 22, Tricky 14, Taxing 15 and Mayhem 22 in the SMS version are identical to those of the Budget Amiga version (except for the nessecary differences due to system limitations, of course).
My projects
2D Lemmings: NeoLemmix (engine) | Lemmings Plus Series (level packs) | Doomsday Lemmings (level pack)
3D Lemmings: Loap (engine) | L3DEdit (level / graphics editor) | L3DUtils (replay / etc utility) | Lemmings Plus 3D (level pack)
Non-Lemmings: Commander Keen: Galaxy Reimagined (a Commander Keen fangame)

That's very interesting. What are the SMS skills and other stats for Mayhem 21 and Mayhem 17?

namida

Mayhem 17:
20 Lemmings, save 85% (Note: All Sega levels have either 1, 2, 5, 10 or 20 lemmings, no more, and no inbetween numbers)
RR 50 (note: Sega's RRs, for pretty much anything less than 99, are much slower than DOS/Amiga's)
4 Minutes
5 Climbers, 2 Floaters, 0 Bombers, 2 Blockers, 5 Builders, 2 Bashers, 1 Miner, 5 Diggers

Mayhem 21:
20 Lemmings, save 100%
RR 1
5 Minutes
1 Climber, 20 Floaters, 0 Bombers, 0 Blockers, 7 Builders, 1 Basher, 0 Miners, 1 Digger

Yep, you've got all the Master System levels there. I would like to add that the other levels (Fun 20, 26; Tricky 25; Taxing 21, 30; Mayhem 9, 12, 13, 18, 29) are the SEGA levels with a unique tileset. Adam's avatar is an example of that.

Also note that Fun 22, Tricky 14, Taxing 15 and Mayhem 22 in the SMS version are identical to those of the Budget Amiga version (except for the nessecary differences due to system limitations, of course).

There was a budget Amiga version, and those levels appeared on them? Interesting. I haven't seen the Amiga version of those four levels before.
SEGA Master System version
100% on 110/120 levels (92%). Other levels [Lemmings lost]:
Fun 03 [3], 06 [2], 18 [5]
Taxing 19 [5], 27 [1], 28 [3]
Tricky 15 [5], 17 [2]
Mayhem 19 [7], 26 [10]

Adam

Yup! The budget amiga version had those four levels!

Wow, quite a bit more challenging than the SMS versions, that's for sure.

Anyone else find it funny that the Mayhem one is the easiest? http://www.lemmingsforums.com/Smileys/lemmings/tongue.gif" alt=":P" title="Tongue" class="smiley" />

(If you ask me, from easiest to hardest: Mayhem, Fun, Tricky, Taxing)

That Taxing 15 seriously took me ages to work out, and my first success was pretty clearly a backroute solution.
