I'm seeing another upcoming wave of real life busy-ness (a week or two), so I think I really need to do some sort of fast myself this time.  I doubt I can totally stay off of the forums, but I clearly have to limit myself to something like maybe 1 hour per day on it, or possibly something more drastic.  Challenges in particular can be very time-sucking so I really need to stay off them a bit......

Proxima

I'm sorry about this, but I too will be leaving, don't know when I'll be back. Need to get my life sorted out before I can think about playing Lemmings again.

Mr. K

Well, that's unfortunate... hopefully, we'll see you back in the future.  Good luck getting things sorted out.

Lemika

I lost the forum again. I take it the other forums went down for some reason and I missed it. Completely. http://www.lemmingsforums.com/Smileys/lemmings/smiley.gif" alt=":)" title="Smiley" class="smiley" />

On the plus side, I found it. Obvious, I suppose, seeing as how I'm here now.
In the mean-time, I was doing the usual sort of stuff I do - roleplaying, drawing, theatre (directing a show currently), computer gaming, all that. For the last week or so I've been trying to get my website into shape again, completely redoing it because it needed it. Hopefully I'll have that finished up tomorrow and I'll be able to get back to doing other stuff.  Like playing Lemmings again. It's been too long.  http://www.lemmingsforums.com/Smileys/lemmings/tongue.gif" alt=":P" title="Tongue" class="smiley" />

Due to LIFE (mostly university) i wasn't able to come up... but after approx. 7 months of absence i'm back!
I was sure a lot of things happened since... but a L2 editor (even if it's in underground state) and online Lemmings versions were far beyond my expectations...  http://www.lemmingsforums.com/Smileys/lemmings/scared.gif" alt=":scared:" title="Scared" class="smiley" />
All of you guys who helped these things to became reality are simply awesome  http://www.lemmingsforums.com/Smileys/lemmings/thumbsup.gif" alt="" title="Thumbs Up" class="smiley" /> Thankyou!

Some days later i'll try to get some experience with them, right now i still have things to do. But i'm looking forward to it.  http://www.lemmingsforums.com/Smileys/lemmings/smiley.gif" alt=":)" title="Smiley" class="smiley" />

I'll be away yet again for about 2 weeks, from May 14 to May 30, with pretty much no internet access.  Just a heads up in case people starts wondering why I stop updating the challenge threads for example during that time.  I'm also a little behind in packing and wrapping up work-related stuff before my trip, so even in the next few days, I'll be slower to respond to stuff here, and definitely won't be doing anything that requires huge amounts of time (eg. no new levels, or improvements to other people's challenge results).

I hope I'll be looking forward to new interesting challenge results and new custom levels by the time I'm back! http://www.lemmingsforums.com/Smileys/lemmings/wink.gif" alt=";)" title="Wink" class="smiley" />

Timballisto

I came back = ).  I'm not sure how many of you remember me - the crowd I initially knew from way back at the original Lemmings Universe seems to be thinning, but there are still some names around I recognize.  Hello to all the new faces = ) .

Well, I'm back, and the forum looks practically the same way I left it. http://www.lemmingsforums.com/Smileys/lemmings/undecided.gif" alt=":-\" title="Undecided" class="smiley" />  I'll be busy catching up with work for the next few days, but I'll try to slowly add some stuff (levels, results) here.

[edit: welcome back Tim!]

Dullstar

Well, I never really announced leaving the forums for a while, but I did...  for a very long time.  Well, I'm back...

Liebatron

Indeed, I see only a few of the people who used to be on here. I haven't been on in a few years; I used to be Dumb Lem. It sounded a bit redundant, so I felt the need to change it. Anyway, I'm back too; and indeed I'm happy to see some new people in the world of Lemmings.  http://www.lemmingsforums.com/Smileys/lemmings/laugh.gif" alt=":D" title="Laugh" class="smiley" />

http://www.lemmingsforums.com/Smileys/lemmings/shocked.gif" alt=":o" title="Shocked" class="smiley" /> Oh my!  Glad to hear you're okay, and since you are able to go online to the forums, sounds like it's not too catastrophic a disruption to your normal everyday life.  Actually according to the linked article, it sounds like only two person was serious injured (and so I guess no one died?), so that's a relief.

Clam

Yep, no deaths yet. We got power back after about 6 hours here, though it's still out in some parts of town.

geoo

I won't be here for the next two weeks (well, might not make much of a difference compared to my activity recently, as I've been around and busy for a while already), and I'm not yet sure how much I'll frequent the forum the 1.5 weeks following that. And after that the next semester begins...

(I've done the evil deed and pushed the other thread from the top of this subforum. http://www.lemmingsforums.com/Smileys/lemmings/XD.gif" alt=":XD:" title="XD" class="smiley" />)
