Pls Help - I'm Stuck - PS2 Lemmings - Special Level 17

Pls can someone help me. I have recently bought Lemmings for the play station 2 and went straight into Start/Special.

I am on level 17 of 36 and it is called 'Release is the word'
I am completely and utterly stuck and have been trying to figure this levels out and just cannot work out what to do.

I have looked all over the net for a walk through but can't find any for these levels.

If you have completed this pls tell me how before I go completely insane.

What tools do you have? And have you tried looking at the guides for the same level on PSP? The PS2 version was ported from that, so it should be roughly the same.
