"The Lemmings File Portal" question

Many files here don't say what they're for...the two LRB files are a total mystery to me ("oopsplumbing.lrb" AND "Works on so many levels....lrb") as to how they're used.

The are replays for some Lemmix levels. Now where to find those levels is another question...
