Sometimes the location zoomed into does not coincide with the cursor location, when using the mouse wheel. I tried fixes in the previous editor versions 1.8-1.10, but it still doesn't work.

PS: This post is basically just a reminder for me to fix this. ;)

Do people actually want this change? Happy to try fixing it if so.
My projects
2D Lemmings: NeoLemmix (engine) | Lemmings Plus Series (level packs) | Doomsday Lemmings (level pack)
3D Lemmings: Loap (engine) | L3DEdit (level / graphics editor) | L3DUtils (replay / etc utility) | Lemmings Plus 3D (level pack)
Non-Lemmings: Commander Keen: Galaxy Reimagined (a Commander Keen fangame)

Strato Incendus

Is there some way to make this optional? I probably won't be able to decide until I see it in action.

On paper, zooming in on the cursor location sounds more intuitive to me, but I may have already gotten more used to the current behaviour than I'm aware of. ;)
My packs so far:
Lemmings World Tour (New & Old Formats), my music-themed flagship pack, 320 levels - Let's Played by Colorful Arty
Lemmings Open Air, my newest release and follow-up to World Tour, 120 levels
Paralems (Old Formats), a more flavour-driven one, 150 levels
Pit Lems (Old Formats), a more puzzly one, 100 levels - Let's Played by nin10doadict
Lemmicks, a pack for (very old) NeoLemmix 1.43 full of gimmicks, 170 levels

I am with strato here. I am used to the current behavior, but I can see potential in the other way. Maybe an option is the way to go and when we see that one way is superior we can take the other out later.

The alternate behavior (center on mouse cursor) sounds like an improvement to me. While I'm used to the current behavior, I believe the adjustment period would likely be very brief - especially as this is already how many other programs handle this.

Simon

I would zoom into the cursor. This is standard behavior in many applications.

Zooming into the center of the screen, I wouldn't keep this; if people complain in the new version, you can still re-add it as an option. >_>

+1 for zoom to cursor. EDIT: It seems to do this anyway if no piece is selected... ???
