Hints for Lix Cunning Level 17 Snowball Battle

And I thought the level before it took a while!

My basic plan is

- Have the first lix dig down the column of snowballs on the right of the first platform, so that most lix reach the bottom safely.
- 2 lix get past the hole before it is deep enough. 1 can be made into a floater, the other splats.
- By having the first lix jump ahead you can turn that into 1 lix getting out of the pit to float down and make bridges to the exit.
- But because they have to turn round on building the first 2 bridges (or before building them) you end up with not enough time to make the path safe.
- You can jump and parachute down to the middle platform with a lix, so they have a headstart and the rest of th lix have to bridge up to this platform. But then you have a lix escape the pit before it is deep enough so save all bar one. Or use a bridge to turn her round, but then you don't have enough bridges below.
- My only thoughts are that I don't use the climber at all in my solution, but given the lack of climbable walls I don't see how they would be of help? 

Any hints would be appreciated?

And the posting gods strike again as I solve it a couple of minutes later! Wow, that level makes you rethink your approach to classic trailblazer levels!

Get the first 3 bridges built, but don't bash through the last wall. Then time it so one of the crowd bashes through, they will get the last bridge built before the rest of the crowd turn around and get back. Just need to make sure the trailblazer is mixed in with them.

I don't remember how tricky the timing was; I remember there wasn't much room to design it more easily.
