Okay, wow. This took a while due to the fact that I simply kept forgetting to pay attention (someone else has volunteered to run the next contest, so we shouldn't have this issue again hopefully). But we have our results!

Congratulations to Colorful Arty on winning with "Just A Minute... You Wish!" - also the first time he's made the finals!
And I guess, congratulations to myself on second place with "The Longest Minute" - the first time I've made the finals too, actually.

Choice for the prize for first place is a month's advertising on the news ticker, or US $5.00. Of course, I can't really give myself a prize effectively (not to mention this contest was only offering one to first place anyway).

A new contest will be up at some point. I need to arrange with the person who'll be running it, as well as the person who'll be selecting the rules.

I'm still in a bit of shock. This was an awesome contest with some really memorable levels! Congrats to namida on getting second place! Actually, congratulations to everyone who made a level, and making this a great contest!

I must say I am a bit let down by the lack of feedback I got in this contest. There were quite a lot of people in here and I only got solutions + feedback from 2 people. 1 person had a lack of time, but what about the others? I also asked for reasons why there weren't more replays....were they too hard or were they just boring? The silence I got isn't very helpful and I can't adapt to silence......
I always send in solutions to all levels and say sth when I cannot solve a level or I got other problems, even on video. I think it is nice if every person that sent in levels at least give some kind of feedback to all other levels....if not a solution then at least a comment. Just silence until the voting phase isn't very helpful and I think that's not in the mind of the contest.

Icho, sorry there wasn't much feedback. For me, I wouldn't say any the levels were boring. However, many of them were outside my skill level (that's not a bad thing though). I'm very stubborn; I refused to look at the replays because I was so confident I was going to figure it out. I'd play for a few hours one night, fail many times, try again the next night. I wanted to reply to everyone, but wanted to figure it out on my own first. Unfortunately, instead, I ran out of time. Looking back, I probably should have left feedback on what I was able to experience and revise later if need be. Sorry about that. That being said, I still had a lot of fun playing your levels.

For the next contest, I'll try not to be so stubborn

My apologies Icho. This summer, I've been crazy busy, so I didn't make time to beat all of the levels. Next contest, things should be much less insane, and I'll be able to make videos/streams of the contest levels.

I encourage honest feedback on unsolved maps.

Levels can have unintended red herrings. Even if you see absolutely nothing, estimate how long you spent before passing on?
