Wow really, even the "Hamburger Pizza"?!?  O_o  (Which by the way I've never seen or heard of myself, and my first reaction being, "um, no thanks".)

One vote (the first) for Other from me.

I like pizza with a mixture of toppings -- I prefer places that have an option of "any 4 [or 5] toppings you like", but if I can't get that I'll choose something basic and ask for some extra toppings!

However, my top favourite pizza is my level The Lemming Tower of Pizza!!!
