Is it possible to have an e-mail notification for when a person edits their post? Currently, I can only get notified when someone replies to a topic.

I'm not sure about that. If SMF offers that option somewhere in the config, I can easily turn it on. However, if the feature doesn't already exist, then that could be more problematic...

It doesn't seem there's any option already in the forum software for it, sorry to say.

How important is it to you to have this feature? From what I can tell, most people tend to reply anyway alongside any majorly important edits, which would then trigger an email notification. If you really do think this is a nessecary feature, I can perhaps look into implementing it.
