Ripping other graphic styles from other ports, can it be done?

I am curious there two maybe four graphic styles i'd like to use in neolemmix
but i have not seen anyone provide files for them
i'd like to see the Pc engine, Mac, windows, And psp style be usable in neolemmix
and before anyone asks about windows i ment like use it in neocustlemmix format

Keep in mind that NeoLemmix only has half the resolution of Windows Lemmings (assuming you're meaning the Hi-Res graphics; the low-res ones are identical to DOS if I'm not mistaken). So, it may not work overly well. I believe Mac is also similarly high-resolution. PSP I'd imagine is even higher-resolution again, though it's possible it's just higher-quality but the same resolution as these others.

I'm also fairly sure no one has ever decoded the graphics format for PSP or PC Engine. Windows definitely has been (the unmodified Lemmix Editor contains code to extract WinLemm graphics), and I've seen some ripped graphics from Mac, though I have no idea whether they're actually extracted or just done via screenshots etc.
My projects
2D Lemmings: NeoLemmix (engine) | Lemmings Plus Series (level packs) | Doomsday Lemmings (level pack)
3D Lemmings: Loap (engine) | L3DEdit (level / graphics editor) | L3DUtils (replay / etc utility) | Lemmings Plus 3D (level pack)
Non-Lemmings: Commander Keen: Galaxy Reimagined (a Commander Keen fangame)

Then you'll need to either rip them via taking lots of screenshots, work out the file format, or wait until someone else does one of those two things. If they're just DOS graphics with a different palette, you could also just manually recolor them yourself.

The problem is, i've never had experience ripping sprites and i don't where to start (i rather leave it to those who are experienced)
