Lemmings 3D Winterland is an odd one - it's actually a demo (though it's one with exclusive levels that don't appear in the retail game), but it was, as far as I know, only made available as a bonus in certain big box editions of the full version of Lemmings 3D. Some of these supposedly also had a limited edition sleeve on the box, bearing Winterland artwork, though my own one didn't, and I've never yet seen one.
