"The Chronicles of George" - Hilarious IT helpdesk tickets... by a bad tech.

I found http://www.chroniclesofgeorge.com/" class="bbc_link" target="_blank">this website recently, and found myself howling with laughter at some of the content therein (and then found myself quite sad that there isn't more of it, after getting through all of it). It's a collection of screenshots, with accompanying commentary, showing support tickets filed by a terrible IT helpdesk technician - known in these tales by the nickname of "George" - who was apparently only in his job due to knowing higher-ups in the company, and who apparently held back everyone else in the department with his uselessness.
