I was surprised with this, today. My father and brother decided to use up the remaining icing from the Christmas Lemming cake, and made a bunch of sweets out of it - Lemmings ones...

... Along with an entrance trapdoor (with its planks made out of cut-up bits of http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matchmakers" class="bbc_link" target="_blank">Matchmakers chocolate-sticks), and a traditional earth-and-rock-style exit door, complete with little torches!

Here's another picture, showing the setup from the other side.

I was tickled pink by this, I can tell you - especially by the entrance detailing. http://www.lemmingsforums.com/Smileys/lemmings/laugh.gif" alt=":D" title="Laugh" class="smiley" />

You should of made the hatch out of Tootsie Rolls.

You should of made the hatch out of Tootsie Rolls.
Tootsie Rolls are only somewhat known of, by name only, in my country due to imported American television programmes - as far as I know, they're only available in North America.

Among those who have heard of them, the vast majority of people don't know what on Earth they are, so I'm afraid that this wasn't a possibility. http://www.lemmingsforums.com/Smileys/lemmings/tongue.gif" alt=":P" title="Tongue" class="smiley" />

What is a "Now-or-Later"?
My friend that went to England once said he had candy called now-or-laters. I don't remember what they were though...

Thanks very much, but all credit must go to my father and brother for this one. http://www.lemmingsforums.com/Smileys/lemmings/laugh.gif" alt=":D" title="Laugh" class="smiley" />

Also, I've honestly never heard of a "Now-or-Later"! The only information I could find was for something called "Now and Later" (http://www.candyblog.net/blog/item/now_later" class="bbc_link" target="_blank">info here), but that seems to be a North American sweet, too...

mobius

thanks for the link  http://www.lemmingsforums.com/Smileys/lemmings/smiley.gif" alt=":)" title="Smiley" class="smiley" /> I got mixed up about that... somebody  I knew from the South got those.

but I heard of this candy from England that they don't have in America and I can't remember the name... Of course; I guess they're lots of candies they don't have here  http://www.lemmingsforums.com/Smileys/lemmings/XD.gif" alt=":XD:" title="XD" class="smiley" />
