The voting has closed, and as such, we have our winner!

1st place
Flopsy86's "Tell me the way to DMA..."
Prize: Hard copy of the design for LPIV Bumpy 12

2nd place
Apjjm's "Thrown Out With The Bathwater"

These results are especially impressive since neither of these users have entered one of the contests before, and yet they managed to create the top two levels in a contest that not only had the highest number of entries so far, but also many very good levels entered! So, a huge congratulations to both of you! :)

Flopsy

This has been a great contest, I'm very glad I was pushed into entering it by namida, Proxima, IchoTolot and others in the IRC.

I wasn't able to solve all the levels but I noticed the ones I was able to solve did better than the ones which I couldn't solve.

Well done to everyone who entered especially Apjjm, that was a tough level to be up against in the final round

This contest has definitely made me more confident as a level creator and I have started an unnamed project recently, hope to unveil more soon ;P

IchoTolot

Congratulations to Flopsy and Apjjm! :)

As for my entries: I donate all of my 3 levels to the community pack!

Also I attached an updated version for the "Spider Dance" to this post with a lot less objects to handle to improve performance and a few minor things fixed that I also noticed.

+ also the (I assume) final version of the level collab project attached, which I will also donate to the Community project (as no one cares anymore about it according to the old  topic :8():)

For both levels I attached a functional replay as well :)

Apjjm

Had a lot of fun playing the levels in this contest and making an entry - Congrats to flopsy for winning  - Looking forward to whatever/whenever the next one is.

Grats guys!

Now for a (probably needed) explanation on my map, as some are probably pretty confused about the '42' etc.
Though surely some got the reference, but maybe didnt see why it had anything to do with my puzzle.

Mapname : Waiting for the answer

The map is a reference to : The Hitch Hikers Guide To The Galaxy
42 is the visual number you see while playing the map, and a face to go with the number
(The face=Deep Thought, the name of the super computer in the book/movie/tv mini-series)

42 was deep thoughts answer to the question: "what is the answer to life, the universe, and everything?"
(after computing the question for 7.5 million years)

so......
Waiting for the 'answer' (answer being 42, you are waiting for the 42nd second)
so if you just start the map and 'wait' until the 42nd second, you'll notice that its on this second where you actually make the first move.
(the batter which hits the first 'pairing of 2 combined lix' at the correct location to both be hit up to the platform above, required to solve the puzzle)

Now you know what I was getting at hopefully :)

Great competition, I enjoyed it!
