Status: Will look into a short-term fix, but the ideal fix is a major change to the underlying system of handling the changes between screens in NeoLemmix. This shares a common root with the following problems:

Can't tab back into game, Windows 7
Moving window moves only part
Flickering between screens in windowed mode <--- this topic remains open

Here is my daily bug report :P:
Go to windowed mode and start a level. Then release your mouse and use it to move your game screen around. First of all you will note that a black rectangle will remain in the original position of your window. This will only go away if you move from the level screen to the results screen (or any other such transition), but not by simply clicking somewhere on the level screen.
Secondly the black rectangle in the original position will still define the borders for your cursor movement: To see this, move your game screen only slightly so that the old and current position overlap. Then click somewhere on the intersection of both screen positions. This will again catch your mouse, but now it is not bounded within the new position of the game screen, but still within the old position of the game screen.

oh this the same thing I've observed and mentioned about in the other thread which Namida replied to

I just tested it out and confirm it happens pretty much exactly as Nepster describes. If you don't move your game window around at all it doesn't matter. I ddint' realize this black box was remaining. It seems to always be there, but if you move the game screen; it moves with you but only until a screen change. Until then the box remains in the old spot and said problems arise.

Also, gotta say; that's an interesting level you got there Nepster ;P

Hm, that window should be hidden except between frame transitions when in windowed mode. I won't re-repeat why it's there; it's most likely the same root cause as this, and thus, would be fixed by the same fix.

Perhaps I need to bump that fix up the priority list...
