Turns out I had acquired "The Story of The 12 Tribes of Lemming Island" (your 3rd link) from part of a bulk purchase of various Lemmings games a while ago.

Unfortunately I don't have a scanner at my place.  Although around Christmas when I'm away, I might have access to a scanner there.  Still, it's 72 pages total, I doubt I'm going to do all of them.  Maybe just the chapter cover art for each of the 14 chapters?

If you're still around, here you go:

Includes scanned pages of following from "The Story of The 12 Tribes of Lemming Island":

- front and back cover
- chapter page (with art) for each of the 14 chapters
- the pre-chapter-1 page (the file named "prologue"; in hindsight "intro" would be a better name but whatever)
- page 9, which is the first page of chapter 1 proper, and a typical example of how most pages look like
