To tell you the truth... Most of the black parts are Lego, the rest is Wilko's own branded lego bricks (cause they had the right colours of the lemmings). Yes, That is Mike there. The image I used is an updated pic of the original team years later from Mike's GDC talk vid. The rest are "from left to right" Dave Jones, Scott Johnston, Steven Hammond, Mike (of coruse ;)) Gary Timmons, Brian Watson and Russell Kay.

Being very into Lego myself, I really enjoyed this and I always wanted to make Lemmings out of Lego myself. When I accumulate quite a surplus of bricks, I'll have a proper go at this :)

At 1:02 is a picture of all the staff. Do you (or anyone) know who's who?

I know Mike Dailly is possibly the one in the bottom left holding the left side of the Lemmings sign. Sadly I don't know the others by appearance and name.

I pretty much tried to recreate each lemming sprite to what length/type of brick I needed. For example, the foot could be a 1x2 or 2x2 depening on the how the build is done.

Good video, and a nice idea. I like them walking across the long platform especially. As you had various brick sizes, it's an interesting decision that you kept the lego models as they were for the left walking lemming, rather than redesign all the different models so the bricks align with each other.

Hello there, Wormst17 here. I'm new to this forum, but I wanted to share this animation project I of mine seeing how it may be of interest to you Lemmings fans. Here's a stop-motion recreation of the original Lemmings sprite walk cycle... Let know what you lot think and if you have any question how I did this, feel free to ask... With all that said, Enjoy  https://youtu.be/45ITRtyx5LQ
