I have OpenMPT, so I could help with the backing track if you'd like.

Lemmings Main / Re: Which Lemmings was your first?

Now this might surprise some people, but my first Lemmings experience was actually HTML Lemmings. Basically how the story goes is that I was playing Smash Karts on Crazy Games which is kind of like Cool Math Games to anyone who knows. If you don't, it's like this big website with all these HTML games and all that. Anyways, so I got off Smash Karts some time later and started scrolling around the website semi-mindlessly. And by some coincidence, I found the HTML version of Lemmings. I was all like, "Hey, cool game from the 90's. What's it like?" and I started playing it. Then it got addicting, and more addicting. At that point, I started looking up more info about Lemmings, played HTML Lemmings more, and found out that Lemmings is a fun game. So that's how I became a Lemmings fan. The music's also groovy too, so yea.

I've decided I'm just going to post all my Lemmings-ish music here from now on.

Now what I did today for Lemmings sounding music was (kinda?) a cover of the Acorn Archimedes' version of Tim2.
What I did is I took samples from Tim2 on the Amiga and kind of fit them into the same composure as Archimedes' Tim2.
However, I still had to make the mod (mostly) from scratch and listen to the Archimedes version of Tim2 to record certain note placements.
I think it's kind of rough in some parts, but mostly ok. The Archimedes version of Tim2 is pretty fast paced though, so that's why I couldn't get everything.

Listen to it here!-> https://youtu.be/UAYYyUhZIEg

I downloaded the mod (music) files off the internet and ripped the sounds out of them with Open MPT

Care to share? :lemcat:

We could always do with these sorts of resources. The OG sounds would be particularly good for making music with, as you've done. Nice work!

By the way, thanx for your praises. I appreciate it much.

Okey! Here's the link to the mods -> https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1BWc0Sns93mnDp-ogcenD9C-R6cq0-vB6?usp=share_link

I posted the link to the folder in google drive since I couldn't find the original place where the mods were hosted.

Also, if you want the samples in them, you must once again rip them yourself.

However, I was thinking about making a folder with all the samples in it, so that might come soon.

In the time being, happy ripping! (if you want to do it)

I actually did that multiple times at school while playing html Lemmings.

I also learned that you have to spam on the other Lemmings and make them build staircases as well so they don't also fall in the pit of no return.

You did We all fall down without stopping?

You are one brave man, my dude.

Oh yeah! 'Bout that, I downloaded the mod (music) files off the internet and ripped the sounds out of them with Open MPT.

I ripped them for a soundfont prior, so I had them lying around anyways.

Recently, I've been thinking about making a point and click adventure game with my characters in it.
I'm doing RPG maker 'cause my brother owns it, so it's more convenient to get it off of him.

With that all being said, the premise of the game is to just kinda explore and walk around.
The music's gonna be mellow, and despite using RPG maker for this, there will be no action at all.
I'm trying to pull some inspiration from Pajama Sam and find a way to put it in it.
Anyways, yeah. There's that.
