Thanks Simon  :)  :)

It was interesting finding out who else joined the DMA team for Ohno.  That must of been fun back in the day challenging each other and seeing what levels were going to make it into the oh no more lemmings one.

Thank you brianrylan, I find them quite interesting and you learn more about the things in the past.      I think Stacey did have involvement with the lemmings 2 the tribes as well, I forgot to ask the questions there but the oh no more lemmings levels were very well designed I thought.

Here is the interview.

https://www.atarilegend.com/interviews/80

I like doing an e-mail style interview, usually prepare the questions beforehand.  Lots of the answers here were very interesting and some of the levels from the oh no more lemmings, the names of the levels make more sense, such as the level (Temple of love) and many other levels, Suicidal tendencies.

Feel free to check my other interviews out on the atari legends website, I have enjoyed doing the interviews and the information you learn from them is really good. I think I've done five interviews for their website now, I've done a few interviews for magazines as well.  They usually think magazines don't seem to exist anymore but there are a few more amiga magazines still going on. I don't think there are many atari st ones around anymore but I could be wrong, I hope I'm wrong to be honest as the atari st was something I really enjoyed as a kid.

I think the amiga lemmings actually did make it into the Guinness world records for the two player ability. Here's a copy and paste of information I found on google.

Lemmings was the first Amiga game to offer simultaneous two-player action on a split screen ,on the same computer, with both players using separate mice. Although the multiplayer mode was fun, the two-player head-to-head option has been missing from every version since. Guinness World Records Gamers' Edition 2009.

Hi Everyone

It's me again, I done an e-mail style interview with Stacey-Jamieson who was part of the oh no more lemmings team if I have that right, many of the levels designed or named by Stacey may of had some interesting titles, (Temple of Love) was a sisters of mercy song, (this Corrosion) was a Sisters of Mercy one as well.  (Suicidal Tendencies) was a band in the 1980s, I don't know if they still perform but you never know. I hope you find the interview interesting, I found it very interesting and learned a few more lemming facts or maybe Oh no more lemmings facts.

I think the interview will be put up soon on the atari legends website, I tried to think of interesting questions to ask for the interview, I had asked 16 questions roughly.

It's interesting when you find out more information especially from the old team that were involved with the oh no more lemmings and the original lemmings.

I'll post the interview here once it gets put up on the atari legends website.

Hi Everyone

I've got an e-mail style interview I did with our very own Adrian Powell, the man behind the lemmings art.

https://www.atarilegend.com/interviews/77

I'll let Adrian know as well that the interview is up on the website now, it will be a very interesting read for many lemmings fans and I thought the atari st community were very big into their lemmings as well. Hope you enjoy reading the interview finding out more information about the man behind the artwork of lemmings.

I like doing these e-mail style interviews as it lets people know more about the people involved with our retro life so to say.

Hi guys

That's a really nice website WillLem.

Those photos look really nice and I love the feel a lot of the tomb raider games had, we had a shot of the remastered edition and there has been a lot of work that has went into it. The graphics look really good, you can flip between the old and new graphics when you are the playing the game.  I usually do a little blog on the (A most agreeable pastime) where I sometimes talk about old atari st games, the gentleman who runs the website was on a bbc radio show talking about Lara Croft, she was voted the most iconic game character of all time.

Hi WillLem, Hope you are doing well. I remember those Ski Sloping lemmings.

We are very similar in our traditional lemmings style levels.  I think I did have a lot of builder heavy levels in that pack from what I remember, I liked using the ski slope colors as the difficulty rating. that will be good seeing the levels again and bring back some nice memories. :) We both do like out hidden exit levels even though I probably won't go tooo mad myself with it.

QuoteEither that, or would you be happy for me to go ahead and remix some of the levels myself? I'd run everything by you before releasing the levels either way.

Hope I done the quote thing okay there,

That second option sounds really good if that is okay with yourself, I'm sure you will make some good decisions, I could maybe have a little look to remind myself of the levels, I think there are a few youtube videos up there with the ski sloping lemmings.  I'm looking forward to seeing how this goes, You can pick any levels you want including the nuked lemmings, that will be fine with myself.

I remember they were levels I really liked In there, I'd probably need to refresh myself what the levels were again.  There was a level, I think it was called (Video game text) I think I removed that one as I didn't really like the way it turned out. I wasn't too keen myself on that (Video games text) level.

SuperLemmix / Re: [FEAT] Classic Mode

Hi WillLem, Hi everyone

I love seeing the old amiga logo as it being the original.   :thumbsup:

I have an idea in relation to the classic mode.  The ability to switch between them does sound good but what about having the option for the level pack creators whether or not to make it a classic mode for the whole level pack or not classic mode for the whole level pack.  I think if we allow people to switch between them during the level pack playing it could cause confliction and unsureness.
Sorry if this has been discussed and decided earlier.  Classic mode is a very interesting idea.

Thanks WillLem for the work that you are doing on this.

Lemmings Main / Re: Which Lemmings was your first?

Hi Ste Woz Ere, Hi everyone

I like your name, it has a got a lemmings feeling to it as remember the two player level graffiti has a reference such as Gary was here or steve was here or something like that.  One of my missions in my lemmings life is to get people playing the old two player lemmings again.  I wrote a guide for the two player levels on gamefaq and if I get really lucky I could do an interview with someone very close to the original game, I have many questions in relation to the old two player lemmings if I get lucky.  There was the youtube video featuring Mike Dailly talking and mainly focusing a lot on thr two player side of lemmings.  Simon's Lix was also featured in the youtube video. :)

Thanks Kaywhyn

I look forward to checking your solutions and comparing them to mine, :)  I'll need to try Namida's loap at some point as well, I like how there's a group that are into the lemmings 3d on the lemmings forum.  I noticed on one of the fandom pages that it was mentioning that lemmings 3d does seem very backroutable and I find that quite interesting. One of the solutions I found for one of the mayhem levels was I think I backrouted it big time, I won't mention what one as I don't want to give away any spoilers.  I'm still stuck at the moment, this is one hard level, I reckon I'm getting very close with the solution,  I'm going to avoid looking at the solutions to Mayhem Fun Fair at the moment  unless I get really stuck. :)

It does take a while to get used to the controls of lemmings 3d, I think the practice levels are really good at getting you used to the game, the levels of lemmings 3d are well designed just like all the lemmings games I've played.  I love the levels with the red sky and space levels do look nice as well.

Oh no Mayhem level 79 sounds hard, nooooooo!

Hi WillLem, I never thought of that, yeah lemmings revolution could be describe as 3d in a sense, The whole cylinder thing was a great idea for the lemmings game.  You are getting very good with doing the programming I hear.  I agree Revolution is ace.

Lemmings Revolution is a really good game, I'm currently playing lemmings 3d, I'm on level 76 of 80 which is not bad going.

All the lemmings games I've played are really good.

Hope you are doing okay yourself WillLem. :)

Thanks WillLem  Gran had a fish supper yesterday, she goes for a fish supper on the Friday, something she looks forward to.

Looking at the old maps are interesting seeing what the world was like before our time.  Must of been a lot of work making up those maps in the past.  I like how different places have some of the explorers name like drakes passage or hudson bay. Good way of putting it there with the word knowledge and with the chocolate thing you have to experience it to understand more.  There's a really good youtube channel called (thoughty2), his take on things is very interesting, he loves talking about different subjects, looking into them a bit more.   I really enjoy his channel

One of the trivial pursuit board game one time I think got into a bit of trouble, this was a bit in the past, I think it was to do with the type of facts they were using and some of the facts were maybe a bit too debatable, maybe for example I remember one of them being what is Columbo's first name. Phillip and Frank came up as the first name sometimes when you google it. I think the way they done the show was probably that they wanted that part to remain a mystery his first name.

I think it was actually a cartographer that invented the Jigsaw, I can sort of see the resemblance.

(With a twist of lemming please) was a very annoying level, I remember not making all the lemmings a parachute and then they went splatter.  I remember also near the end of the level not getting the basher bashing in the right direction as they were too many lemmings.  A hard and annoying level.
