Seconded. The little 'home' button works fine, but my instinct is to click the header image first.

That certainly seems a good idea. I'd like to see a link at the bottom of the page too - since that's where you normally end up when you read a post. The drop down list is nice, but probably not too useful on a small forum like this one.
