Please vote.
i checked Myst, Lemmings, and SimCity.
They're all great.
I voted Lemmings and other. I change my favorite game very often. :D
I voted Lemmings, Sonic, Rayman, Myst, and AOE. :P
I voted for Lemmings, Sonic, "mature games", Simcity and other... other being the Rocket Knight Adventures series, Gunstar Heroes, Phantasy Star IV, Half-Life and Doom 32x.
Lemmings, Simcity (Classic, 2 demo, 3, 3 unlimited, 4), and other is UT2004, Icewind dale and Baldurs Gate.
I voted for Lemmings, Sonic, Myst, and other.
Other is -- Unreal Tournament 2004, Baldur's Gate I & II, Icewind Dale I & II, TRON 2.0, Commander Keen, and a variety of other old DOS games.
I thought Unreal Tournament was rated mature. :???:
Comes up what version you play. The german version has no blood. So it's maybe a bit lower rated. But I don't think Lem'ka and Lemeri plays the german version. ;P
You can turn all the blood off if you want to, actually. And the taunts. You can turn those off, too.
I know. I have the english version, too. ;P
Oh. I guess you would have to if the two versions weren't compatible, but I don't know if they are.
They are fully compatible. But the most fun things is: If you have a german version and kill someone with the english versions both of them won't see blood. But if you have an english version and kill someone with the german version both of you will see blood and pieces of the hitten boddy parts. :P
That's interesting. I wonder if the same thing works if one person has the gore settings off, but you don't.
Yeah, those kind of settings are along the same lines as graphics detail, so they'd only apply to your PC.
Lemmings, Sonic, Rayman and I want to add Dungeon Keeper 1 & 2, Half-Life & Cie and all Tomb Raider.
Lemmings and Rayman (don't count Sonic, I voted that by mistake! X_X I never played Sonic in PC)
I used to play Rayman when I was about, say, 4-6.
Lemmings, of course.
Other games I like are Q*bert, word games, etc.
Is Q*bert censored or is that the title?
Yeah, that's the title.
What a coincidence (correct?)!
We just find this old game in its original box for the old Atari. :D
I downloaded the freeware GBC rom of Q*bert. It looks quite... interested.
All right, first of all, I'd like to slip another favorite game of mine into the stack - Knights of the Old Republic. And that falls under 'Other' as well.
And I'd also like to point out the reason I didn't vote for 'mature games'/didn't put Unreal Tournament under that category. No matter the rating, I personally discount any games rated such for violence or gore, and instead basically consider those to be... well, I don't know what. Some sort of nebulous 'I like this game, and I don't think it really deserves that rating' category.
Is Postal 2 a mature game? (walking around in a small town, killing civiliants just for fun (btw, you don't have to kill them, only if you want), rob a bank, put gasoline over people, burn them, p*ss them off, give them an electrical shock and make them run again...)
I don't know why I censored myself. Maybe because I wanted to avoid an argument.

That's not the only thing you piss on, though, is it? XD
Yep ;) And if you piss on them when they are alive they make funny noises and call you a "Sick bastard". :D This game is full of swear words. So nothing for Icey.
I voted for lemmings and others.
the others are: Homeworld (1, cathalysme and 2)
Stunts (old dos game), UT2004 and KOTOR.
Ah, Stunts.... I really liked that game. :D Must be somewhere in my house on an old CD.
I forgot a game, it fals under other:
Rome: Total War
Everybody should play that game!
Heh, yeah, I read a review of Rome in a magazine... certainly looks like one awesome game.
Recently I downloaded MAME (Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator, for the uninitiated) and a couple of old (early 80s) arcade ROMs (namely Tempest and Star Wars) - it's funny to see how far we've came in terms of graphics.
I voted Lemmings, Other and Sonic, in that order
(Other being Timesplitters 2, I LOVE that game!)
EDIT: Not forgetting Perfect Dark. Love Perfect Dark! :D
-Tower (currently under construction)
-AOE 1 and 2 (I switch back and forth)
-Tzar (Tough computers!!!)
-Stronghold
-Stronghold Crusader
-Starfox 64 (approx. 1360 hits tops)
-Starfox SNES
-MKDD (I am nearly perfect at this game)
-Castles II: siege and Conquest (possibly the best game ever(Computers are EXETREMELY hard! They are incredibly tough! EASY is HARD!)
-Donkey Kong Country 1 + 2 (1's a little too easy though)
-Super Mario 64
-Super Mario Sunshine
-Super Mario World
-Super Mario Kart
...
Uhh.......well, it looks like I've got quite a few favorite games!
I'd recommend everyone here tries as hard as possible to get Castles II. Trust me, the game is great. Yeah, it's DOS (works w/ windows 98 though), but it's good anyway!
I voted sim city, lemmings(of course is #1!!) and the other was Just about anything made by nintendo. ;)
Lemmings and Black & White come joint first!
I just noticed that in my list I forgot to put Lemmings! A0;How could I have done that? A0;Well...
-Lemmings (still haven't beaten this one!)
Edit: Actually I haven't beaten a single Lemmings game...I need to work on that... :'(
I bet some of the demos... :D
Anyway I played damn a lot of World of Warcraft the last weeks.
Repton (well, the Repton series -- Repton 3 is the best of them).
Don't know if any of you have even heard of this game? It's very old; I was playing it on my BBC Micro when I was around five or six, seventeen years ago that is. Absolutely brilliant though.
If anyone's curious at to what it looked like, my Repton Cheapo style is nearly ready.......
Incidentally, that computer died around twelve years ago, but last year I finally managed to complete Repton 3 when I came across a remake on the Internet. One of the happiest moments of my life. :D
...actually, I'm ashamed to say that I haven't beaten any of those either...
