Title: Age of Empires Online
Post by: Louise on August 12, 2004, 06:01:05 PM
I seem to remember a few people mentioning in the 'other games' thread that they play AOE. I had another go a few days ago, and managed to win! OK, so it was only against one opponent, on Medium difficulty, and even then it was a close call ... (lol) but I figure that'll make me an ideal opponent. So does anyone want to arrange an online game?

Yeah. But then I'd have to train again. :D The last time I played such a game was ages ago. And where are my CD's gone?

I love AOEII, but I never really learned AOEI, since I started with II. I've never played online though!

Anatol: I sincerely reccommend it!

I've got AOEII, but could never really get into it, I don't know why.

I've never played it online either, mostly because I don't know anyone else who plays it. So if anyone wants to suggest a date for a game I'll have a go.

It's kinda hard to play AOEII online over a dial-up modem.  :D

I wish we had more computers that could run Mythology so that we could do multiplayer. The Atlanteans are awesome!  B)

I don't like AOM so much. The story is awsome, but that's all. And I don't have AOE1.

I like the time-setting of AOEI the best, but the gameplay of AOEII is my favorite.

If I knew where to go to set up a game, I would go!

The morons ar Microsoft gave some bogus site for AOE II players to go to.  I couldn't find the AOE games for nothing.

I have AOE 1

If you DO play me, prepare to have your world utterly, truly, and completely annihilated.

PS-Unless you're playing a computer, difficulty level makes no difference.

Since I now have the ability to play games online, I would like to.  Too bad Louise is gone.  So who wants to get up a game?  I just need an IP and a time.  I could probably play a game sometime during the 25th of August.

Also, I take back what I said above about the annihilation...not exactly sure why I said that...whatever.
