How about a Lix session on Sunday Jan 3, 2021. Saturday would also work for me as well. I'd prefer around 2:00 PM Eastern time (U.S.) Again, I'm lenient on the time.
lets get the new year started right with some Lix! It's been awhile. There's quite a few new forum members around since the last time we played. I'd like to see if any of them may be interested.
I'm happy to play!
14:00 EST is 19:00 UTC. This is a workable start for me; alternatively, I'd like to start earlier, but not any later.

I'd be down to play. I've always wanted to play Multiplayer Lix!
Count me in! If we can decide a time I'll set a reminder on my phone because I missed it last time.
I can do an hour earlier.
For new players; the min is 2 and max is 8 (?). And you can come and leave at any time without direly breaking the game so not worries if you're late or have to leave early.
13:00 UST / 18:00 GMT is ideal, see you then!
I can't play this one guys sorry. You've literally picked the first Sunday I am back at work after Christmas, have fun though :)
(If you were playing the day before then I could attend)
I would be available. :)
I'm interested, I need to know if I'm still hopeless at multiplayer Lix with you all! :lix-laugh: I don't know if I'll be available though, so I'm crossing my fingers on this one.
Since I can't make the session this weekend, is anyone up for a follow up session in the later weekends of January perhaps?
Really gutted I cannot come to this session :(

Sure, I'd be up for that. The one on the 3rd is my first time so I'll likely want to have another go fairly quickly! :lemcat:
Flopsy: Sure. Make a new topic for the second session and propose a date/time, so it's guaranteed to fit you. I'll join.

I PM'd WillLem and Shmolem with the Mumble server details. It's optional to join.
Everybody else should have the Mumble server details already. If you lost it, but would like to join, no problem, tell me, I'll PM you again.

I'll wait until after this session is done before I make the topic to avoid confusion but thanks :)
Reminder about the session starting in ~2.5 hours, 13:00 EST / 18:00 UTC.
I might try to make it a few minutes earlier for some 1v1.
Yesterday I also made a few new maps we can try out.
I'll try to be there on time but I might be late; don't wait for me.
Session is over! Thanks to everybody for 4 hours of quality fun.
Twitch vod of the session (https://www.twitch.tv/videos/860030624) (will be here for 14 days); Icho will also upload his own recording to Youtube.
Flopsy will schedule another session, for the weekend in either 1 or 2 weeks. In the future, we'll have a multiplayer-map-making contest: The editor has the Undo feature and we lack 5-player and 7-player maps.

thanks for the game. Was a lot of fun; I liked the new maps. I liked the new twist on (forget level name but the one where you get 4 floaters to go down and make a splatform.
I'll likely be available on Sundays versus Saturdays. I won't schedule a game if someone else is going to.
I just happen to suddenly feel in the mood to make some multiplayer maps, so I might try that. I need a bit of a reminder on how to dictate what number of players your map is for/how to have it wrap properly.

Number of players is located in the level constants menu in the editor, which is the same screen where you set things like the title and author.
There's a button below that labeled Map where you can set the map size and wrap settings.
This was really great, I had loads of fun with the multiplayer even though I suck at the moment! (Although, I don't suck as much as Shmoley's vacuum cleaner :crylaugh:)
Here are some of the more notable results from the evening's session 8-)

I'm pretty sure there were some other games as well that I lost, but we don't need to know about those! ;P
Thanks again everyone, looking forward to the next session!
