Instead of my first trouble.. what if winlemm files aren't right and lemmini doesn't work? I didn't even find the file that is ,,wrong"!

You could try using the WinLemms version linked here: https://www.lemmingsforums.net/index.php?topic=2101.0

I also have an installation guide there.

Haven't used Lemmini in years though, so I'm very rusty. ;P

I am mainly a NeoLemmix or Lix user.
