New version of Behind Bars. (Save 9/12, 1 extra climber and floater.)

Earmarked for the next release.

This solves (replay is attached) with the same approach as Forestidia's and my solution to Behind Bars with 8/12 (in first post).

8/10 with 7 climbers, 7 floaters: This solves again with all terrain-modifying skills in the same place as the 8/12 and the 9/12.
