Hey Folks,
As you've probably noticed, we've had a lot of downtime over the past six months, or so. As a result, we're moving to a different server within the next couple of weeks, and this server is being binned. I'm not sure on the timescale yet, but I'll keep you updated with the news as I get it.
With a bit of luck, it'll be the beginning of the end for our server issues.

But yeah I understand. I've pretty much accepted it as a given that no server will last forever, and sooner or later there will be a move. I do have to say that the current server had been working pretty well until recently, so it was definitely a major improvement over previous arrangements.

I *did* say that, but this server turned out to be awful! Our hosts are generally reliable.. we just get the crappy servers, it seems.

Did you move to a different server in the end? If not, I've got a dedicated server with a lot of free space on it which I could host the forum on for you if you're interested?
